★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money cannot be refund once you have paid. My skin became worse after I received the treatment and decided not to continue their service. Very poor appointment management by the staff. Although I have made it early, they simply ask to change the date at the last minute (the day of the appointment).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The therapist is excellent. But unfortunately.. There is one case which my skin getting worse after do the scrapper treatment. I'm not blaming the therapist, cos she just follow instructions from her boss I guess (old lady wear tudung). And the lady not professional at all when explained about the skin. She used her kelantan language I guess.. Not racist but ya.. I assume she don't know how to explain in English.. Some more, after complaining about my skin.. The old lady accused me tak jaga muka after treatment (my skin is problematic) .. And she so pushy n look desperate dengan customer .. Paksa beli new package, meanwhile my skin lg jd teruk ni.. I guess her spa using the expired solution.. That's why makin teruk muka I lepas tu.. I go see another dermatology and the doc said, there's some chemical treatment they using already expired.. Plus the scrapper treatment tak sesuai dengan org yg active acne.. End up I tak nak sambung.. So for me this spa not up to standard..
