Minus points: Cashier and his music is too loud. A bit inappropriate talking very loud and 'kasar' to other staffs in front of customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi! This is my first time coming to the shop. The decoration is nice. The location is near KIP mall and has huge parking spaces.
However, still need some improvements. Let me break it down.
Drinks - 4/5
Food - 3/5
Ambiance - 1/5
Price - 4/5
First, the drinks is good. With par along the competitors e.g.: tealive, each a cup, etc..
Second, the food is somehow okay. I ordered the burritos, need improvement, the size is quite small for the price, the taste is hmmmm not that good. Please go to taco bell or other good shop and compare your burritos. On the other hand, your ice cream is great.
Third, the ambiance, the deco is beautiful. However, your staff is lousy, the cashier, rude attitude towards other staff, always lousy, micromanage and etc. If you not train him well. You will lose more of your staff and eventually your customers. Next, the music, please lower the volume, it ruined the ambiance bubble, keep the music slow but still listenable and please use proper music, not "rempit" type of music. Try to select music related to your shop themes and food.
For price wise, i think it is okay.
In conclusion, this shop need a lot of improvement and i hope one day it can be famous/viral.
