1)Near to the beach.
2)Friendly and helpful staff.
3)BBQ place is comfortable and suitable for kids and adult. Just next to playground.
4)Nice place and environment.
5)Sufficient parking space but a bit far from the room for terrace type.
6)Air-cond is work well. Cold and good condition.
7)Water pressure at the bathroom for direct water tap is good.
8) Reasonable price for rooms.
9) Huge place
Cons:
1)Need more hanging place in the bathroom. Currently there is no hanging place in the bathroom even a nail. It used for hanging a cloth after swimming at the beach.
2)The television is outdated and not function.
3)Need to fixed or change new shower in the bathroom since broken.
4)Need to change new pillow and mattress since too old.
5)The sandy room floor is not cleaned properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: chalet near the beach. Our room has beach view. (Room no1) Bbq place in front of our room/unit.
Our unit : made of wood.. It's nice but they need to upgrade it. Might crack if we jump. Got mosquitoesssss.. have aircond.
Price: affordable. 160rm per room
Parking: can park in front of the unit but limited space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay.. nice scenery.. cheaper than others.. friendly staff.. this base on my experience: before i check-in the staff show 2 room for me to compare & choose.. when i check-in, the tv broken & the safety lock on the door was broken too.. inquiry within 10minutes, the problem solve.. great..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice beach. Friendly staff. Room is an okay for me. Not perfect no water heater and shower. We include breakfast pax which is rm7 for nasi lemak with decent amount of rice with ayam goreng berempah and fried egg. Taste 4/5. drinks we get coffee and tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The scenery and landscape is well kept and beautiful, had many spot for BBQ among the greens. No swimming pool but there is a playground. Mine was facing the beach so the view was nice, but can be abit loud at night of the waves crashing. The downside of this place is, the chalet looks nice from the outside, but it's very old school on the inside. Bed and pillow comfy but me and my kids got really bored at night, TV reception was bad only TV3 and no wifi. The bathroom the water had a small hole to get out so the water gets flooded easily when taking a shower. Overall it is clean and good for relaxation or for a 2D1N stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the beachfront and facing Pulau Kapas. The rooms are alright but there are not many rooms which have water heater. No air conditioning in the room.
The parking space are quite limited and you may need to park far from your accommodation.
In term of experience, you can walk straight to the beach and if you are lucky, you will be able to see the sunrise. There is playground in the middle of the pavilion with open space tables.
However, kindly noted that there are several rooms which are pretty close to water erosion and might collapse if there are no further action being taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice view of kapas island, wake up to sunrise opposite the chalet, quiet private access to clean soft sand beach safe for swimming. Checkin service is prompt and any concerns can be handled well by management. I will definitely return again if the resort stays in the same service and good condition. Chalet is comfy with adequate charging points, adequate basic facility to stay a few nights at marang and for those wanting a short getaway with direct beach. Only 6 mins distance from jetty to kapas island and 25 mins to KT town so this chalet was a good choice. The chalet also gives comfy nights and a pleasant homey feeling of picnic by the beach. Good for family.
