I pay online through oyo, then I got no other places to go, its midnight, the support team also isn't function, not recommended at all,
already make a report to oyo, but nothing change, make sure guys, o
wner advise me to not cancel the booking, they will pay me back latter by said I'm not check in the hotel, such a nice way on how you deal with customer,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raz hotel Kelulut problem, I've made payments in agoda apps. When it comes to the hotel, they do not accept my payment via online. They want payments must be RM58 and above, whatever in the apps for less than Rm58. Their reason, there is a problem with OYO?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is okay. Because we had to crash in the nearest hotel we could find, the hotel is considered as just nice. Isn't too cheap, isn't that expensive. Reallh recommended if you are urgent in need of place to rest. A cozy place to sleep with air-conditioned room. You can even enjoy hot showers there. It is also equipped with a television, though we did not got the chance to test that out. Happy holidays!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you call this a hotel that is a joke! When we arrive to check in after booking a room about 3-4 days before we were asked to wait while the receptionist took out the garbage first! Hello, we are paying guests not free boarders!
It seems that bookings made through Agoda are not accepted! We had to call Agoda customer service to refund the room that we paid for as the owner decline to accept our paid reservation.
Please please don't book through Agoda for this slimy hotel which looks more like a really bad joke of a hotel. Don't have a very bad experience like we did and we arrived late too.
A really lousy owner who can decline your paid reservation only upon your arrival! If he has problems with the booking agent take it up with them and do not inconvenience your guests more!
I had to give a star to review this and it doesn't even deserve a star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To many need to be improved. Simple example such as ventilation and sound proofing. We can hear clearly people talking outside. Others smoking outside but the smoke can enter the room thru aircond. After midnight 1am still people talking and disturb my family's sleep. I'm not recommend the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price vs condition hotel is not worth it. Room & toilet dirty. Funiture old and dirty. Got insect i.e lizard (big) & cockorach... Really not recommended. Service too bad. Because i hv no choice i need room i just stay but early morning around 8am i already check out.
