β β β β β Great place to try out some Indian Chettinad cuisine here in Kuala Lumpur, not the best of Biriyani, but the Parota, Pepper Chicken Dry was excellent. On a more recent visit tried their non-vegetarian meals, the chicken curry, dal & rasam were great, rest was just ok, not value for money, you definitely will get better food elsewhere

β β β β β One of my favourite go-to ? food place in KL. ?
This is the place where I tasted my first GOBI 65 and realized how good it is. Where I developes my interest in different indian food and appreciate their variety if spices. I normally ordered Cheese or butter naan, butter chicken masala, they got paneer tikka as well. All their food is nice and good for me, we came back from time to time. :)
Must visit place to try indian cuisine. (They have a lot, but I am still on exploring phase)

β β β β β I went last night! Seriously the food was horrible and service was super bad! Guess those who are cooking are the one taking orders n doing everything! Dear anjappar management please be reasonable as people are paying and you serve badly! I ordersed mutton chukka left only chewy part if the mutton! Guess all the unwanted parts! Then kadai chicken guess basically they jusy poured some sauce n served n the worst I ordered ghee tosai! Gosh it was 9.50 n they served me something like a folded cloth! The tosaiiii has no ghee at all n when i asked they brought the ghee separately! Wonder what should i do! Just paid 67 for nothing n we left the shop so angrily! Worst food ever!

Went on 28/Oc/20 ...well operated. Fast serving for what i ate/ordered.
Looked clean environment. Prices are slightly higher. I had daal, it was good. Had chicken white type of some soup, not okish, wheat tortillas were small in size. Naan was okay. Daal fry was food. Dosa also good. Had sauces/chutney with meals, very good gesture.
Parking is hard to find in this area luck if you get it.
For different things they have authentic indian taste but if you don't get what you came for then you will cry because that's not what you're hungry for :-P ..what i ordered had authentic taste so yeah i could say i enjoyed eating. But my friend got no good experience here ;-)
Went again in Apr- 21 ...Had biryani but taste bland not even near to authentic one. Dal fry also lost taste. I really wanted it but taste changed.
Rstrooms/washrooms available.

β β β β β The food is great. The environment is moderate. Service is also good. But if during lunch or dinner time, the place will be packed. Be prepared for slow service and longer waiting time. Even getting a table might be a hassle. Overall, it's a great restaurant to enjoy your food.

β β β β β Worst experience. Not recommended at all. Cleanliness at the worst. Even public toilets area better. Last time, they put a bucket of water with a polystyrene cup near the sink for people to wash their hand. So disgusting. Food is not delicious at all. Price also very expressive. You'll regret at the end

β β β β β Local driver took me to this restaurant when I asked on a good place to feed my hungry pangs (wanted a good briyani for lunch). This restaurant serves various biryanis and offers a wide selection of food options.
Their briyani special of the week, was rabbit briyani that the service staff informed me. I ordered the mutton curry, spicy lamb soup, curry okra and of course, their special briyani.
Mutton curry was well balanced without being too spicy. The flavors balances off the intense curry umami without the overpowering hotness.
The spicy lamb soup somehow was a diluted version of mutton curry that didnβt do justice to the soup. The okra curry was perhaps a tad spicer than the mutton curry for me.
The briyani was good, with a generous amount of meat/rice ratio. The saffron briyani made every spoonful of rice an indulgence.
A visit to remember, no frills and perhaps a display of how locals enjoy their meals during another day in Kuala Lumpur.
