Provide duplicate invoices to customers!
Employee treats customer with vulgar attitude! When I entered to store, the crew didn't even wish to greet. Just stood at counter and stared at me, waiting for me to greet to her? Waiting me explaining the reason for going? Very unpleasant visit experience!
Although just go to store for changing my purchased bill does not mean that your staff can treat me with a vulgar attitude. Please observe, and ask your staff how she treat me as guests? Of course I hope she will tell you honestly ? Because of the vulgar crew, I will definitely not visit again!

And dear customers, pls check and compare the price with other florists before buying from here, because when I was asking for the price of preserved flowers, the boss told me that it will cost RM688 per bouquet for the preserved flowers?. However, when I asked the same preserved flowers bouquet from a famous florist at KL, the price for it is only RM220. So dear valued customers, pls be careful when buying flowers from here, ALWAYS COMPARE THE PRICE BEFORE BUYING FROM HERE!
