★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a company that carries a huge range of tech accessories, there is no option to use touch n go or any e wallets at this Eco Botanic branch.
Credit card option is there but there is a surcharge (which is illegal by the way).
Only cash payment. I asked for bank transfer option and the girl at the counter said she may have difficulty finding that information.
I gave up.
You may want to improve your customer service experience at this branch. I really like your Taipan branch.. and wanted to like your Eco Botanic branch.
