我很记得去年的3月我跟我老公去SS2婚纱店走走看看 看了好多间 我和老公个人觉得都还好 直到来到Annie Loiseau 一进门就给放在门口的婚纱吸引着 然后ST就开始介绍他们的配套和给我们看照片 看了照片后也被照片吸引了 ST也介绍的清清楚楚 让我们明明白白清清楚楚的知道每一个细节 服务态度非常的好 然后我跟我老公对望了一下就觉得选择这家婚纱店 就签配套了 然后就安排在去年9月13号 我很记得13号这一天是星期一 是Annie Loiseau的休息天 但我真的很想在这天拍 Annie Loiseau就考虑了过后 答应了 让我们在13号拍 虽然后来没拍成 因为疫情非常的严重 我就告诉Annie Loiseau 我想延迟到2022年1月 Annie Loiseau的ST告诉我可以 所以我就延迟到今年才拍 我选择了1月13号拍 因为这天是我和老公的8周年纪念日 我是一个没什么笑的女人 很谢谢摄影师一直在那边弄我们两公婆笑 笑到我们嘴巴都快麻痹了? 我很感谢摄影师&化妆师 把我化的美美的 拍的美美的?

误打误撞找到了这一间婚纱店，整个协调以及拍摄过程都十分地满意。 摄影师：Jason 化妆+顾问：Effie 这间店和其他的婚纱公司相比规模略小，当初决定签下配套的最大原因是他们的服务真的很好，没有强迫销售也没有因为付了全额服务素质变差。另外，摄影师在拍摄前会很仔细地和我们沟通想要拍摄的风格，并且给予专业的意见供参考。 疫情期间SOP也做得很到位，顾客都是预约制，几乎每一个时间段只会服务一组客人，让人十分安心。

Nice gowns

Wedding dresses are beautiful but the indoor studio is quite small.

I will like to share with you the good services of bridal shop, the professional local or oversea photography for Pre wedding shooting and bridal gown rental.

We just took our wedding pictures, and would like make a comment for Annie Loiseau. First, we would like to say a BIG thanks to the photography: Aaron and Jef, consultant: Aileen, Carmen and Ceapo, disgner: Bee Hong. As we‘re from Vancouver, Canada. Annie Loiseau had a good communication with us during we still in Canada; until we arrived to Malaysia, when my wife picked her dress. The staff was so patient and professional. Also, when the day we taking our wedding pictures, the crew team made us enjoy every moment. The most important part, we‘re able to select our pictures on the next day, and they also provide us the pictures soft copy for our dinner tomorrow. On the other hand, due to I‘m rush to Malaysia, Carmen borrow me a bow tie for my dinner as well. We believe that we made a right decision to pick Annie Loiseau to take the wedding pictures for us. Again, we would like to thanks again for your help, and made us have a good time in Malaysia. Tommy & Jin

The shop has a very beautiful and elegant settings with a few unique wedding gowns that are known for their elegance and glamour (usually displayed at the entrance), which are what attracts customer to enter the shop =) Nevertheless, we must always keep in mind that choosing dress should base on focusing more on the shape and frame of your body, and concentrate on finding silhouettes that accentuate the features you love and make you feel amazing! So why only 2 stars being rated? 1) Gowns First of all, other than the few unique pieces which attracts me, the rest of their gowns were only okay and choices may seem to be a lot until you really try them on. I'm a 5'5 girl whom was lucky enough to fit in most of their gowns without any alteration needed, and that's the time I realise the rest of their gowns are just normal designs, which doesn't make me feel beautiful and amazing. I ended up not using their gowns on my actual wedding day (trust me, even my husband doesn't like the gowns, a guy, can you believe it?) and rent 2 dresses from another bridal shop- Armadale. 2) Consultant The consultant who was with me chooses gowns that are current in trend rather than what suits me most, which is quite upsetting because it makes me feel that she is still lack of experience and professionalism, after knowing she has been in this industry for 8 years. I ended up picking and choosing my gowns and FYI, she was already exhausted when I was trying on them, so I did not try a few more gowns which I wished I had. 3) Limited appointments It was kind of rush I would say because I have limited appointments given by her and also limited time, and decision needs to be made on the spot! This was when I chose on my wedding gowns with an eye closed. 4) Photographer I was unlucky not to get the Taiwanese photographer whom was partnering with Annie Loiseau, PJ Malaysia because he was back in Taiwan when I needed my pre-wedding photo shoot. They have this arrangement that Malaysian and Taiwanese photographers will switch between these two countries on a monthly basis. So please ask if the Taiwanese photographer is available before making any decision! Why???? Because I had a really bad experience with the local one, he complaint one of the gown chosen by me was ''too long'', and he hate to arrange them nicely when doing photo shooting. Who says that??? Second gown was during the afternoon, as you all know how Malaysia's weather like, he complaint the weather is hot during the outdoor shoot. You can literally see he shows his tired face. Then it was photo shooting at a waterfall which you are required to climb some stairs to get to the place, well obviously, otherwise we won't call it a waterfall. I have to buy him a 100 plus to encourage him to climb those stairs while I'm the one in the wedding gown. Long story short, he rush back home when his time is up, before 7pm when we were doing indoor shooting. Given the premium price that I have paid there should be no doubt on the quality of the gowns, the consultant and the photographer. Unfortunately, they turned out quite badly and I just wish this review can help the lovely bride-to-be out there before they make their big decisions. Cheers.

Photo is good. Make up artist is good. But their service after you paid full payment is not up to my expectations. Gowns selection is minimal. I ended up renting 2 gowns from another place. Gown quality is really bad too. Gown fitting done in a very simple way.. They just measure your body instead of letting u wear the gown and get more accurate measurement. My gown wasn't fitting me on my actual day and my backup gown also from AL had even more problem. There were so much hiccups because of their gowns. My coordinator did not even apologise. Overall, I was only satisfied with their photographer Aaron. Please avoid this bridal studio if you do not want to spoil your actual day.
