First credit to Serene who offer warm welcome us to Enya follow by offer us the wedding shooting plan that suit us. Second to our photographer who tried to cheer us during wedding shooting and make up artist who sincerely make a delightful make up which make my day. Not to forget Miss Ice who kind enough to spend about 4 hours with us for choosing our gown session. In short me and my husband had a very good experience with Enya with those warm-hearted staff with their superb service. After looking through a few bridal houses and pre wedding photographers.. We decided to picked Enya as our 1 stop Pre-Wedding Bridal Gown, Photoshoot & Actual day Gown for my Fiance. Me and my Fiancé signed up with them at their boutique in December2021.. The sales person Serene was truly helpful in getting what we wanted So like all bridal gowns we visited, the collection of their gowns would be the most important of all, because not all gowns would fit the bride.. photographer is just as important but we can view the photos taken by Enya on their social media page so rest assured that photos will be of certain standard We just took our photo yesterday at their studio and putrajaya They were super professional and we really enjoyed the whole process, although it is super tiring from 930am to 9pm, we found the whole experience pleasant and wonderful, I would definitely give them a 10/10 in this area. I really do not know how else they could make the experience better as we were really satisfied with how the day went out… I told them that I would like to take a photo with my bicycle as well and they were willing to drop by my place to collect the bicycle and bring it over to our shooting location Before the photoshoot, ice was our consultant who helped us in choose my fiancés gown and she did a great job in explaining everything, in enya there’s no such thing as premium or super premium ranges for their gowns.. Which we loved All in all, I would said we had a wonderful time at Enya and would definitely not hesistate to recommend them to our friends & family

The team at Enya Mareine was very accommodating & understanding of our needs and requirement. We were first captivated by their beautiful selection of wedding gowns and dinner dresses, but lo and behold the services provided were impeccable as well, and the money was truly well spent. A special thanks to Serene our wedding Consultant who assist us in handling all our schedules. Our gown consultant Ice handles my wife's gown selection. The core team above has done an excellent job in guiding us patiently through a potentially grueling process of pre-wedding packages, gown selection, full-day shooting, and photo selection. There is no hidden fees and no top up fee for more ‘premium’ gown. They carry a sister boutique which custom-make gowns as well. As someone below 5 feet, I am especially impressed by their Asian-sizing gowns which fits much better (both bodice and length) than most other bridal house that I have been to. Other bridal house mostly carries either European or American brands, which fits better on ladies who are above 160cm. Serene explained to us the package in detail and set clear expectations with us since the beginning. We really like her clear communication skills and sense of urgency in addressing the questions that we had. Her turnaround time is superb as well. Ice had the challenging task of dressing up a petite person like myself (below 5 feet). I have to say, she excelled in it! She gave practical recommendations on the type of gowns to select based on photoshoot location of our choice. Her familiarity with all the gowns that EM carries is impressive. I especially appreciate her patience as I can get quite picky with dresses. Janet did my makeup beautifully, and I especially love what she did for my hair. I had to change my contact lens halfway through the makeup due to dry eyes, which she patiently helped to touch up the affected areas. Henry was a skillful and professional photographer who has shot pre-wedding photos for our friends who has also engaged EM. We are no models, but Henry managed to guide us through plenty of simple and easy-to-follow poses, which turns out really natural in photos. He would also modify poses to suit our character and flexibility. Needless to say, photos turned out MUCH better than expected. All in all, the entire journey was much more pleasant and fun than expected. Would highly recommend trying them out.

Glad to have Enya Mareine as the bridal house for my special big day. Although pricing may be at the higher side, but is worthy for princess like treatment, hassel free experience, high accommodating and friendly services, and many more other goods. For some reasons, we had to postpone our pre-wedding shoot for 2 times. Even on our 3rd time appointment, we've only manage to done with indoor shooting due to it was raining and we had to reschedule another day for outdoor shooting. With so many challenges and changes, plus we have slightly less than a month before actual day, Enya Mareine team were still very patient with no complaint at all and help us to rush it out. Like my husband says, there are already tons of things to settle and get ready for wedding, we do not wish to have a bad and annoyed experience with bridal house and ended up with unsatisfied photos to view back in the rest of our lives.
