★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very casual place with super cheap beer by Malaysian standards. Quite the international meeting place, with many people hanging out in chairs and coming and going with delivery and to-go. They also sell liquor, wine, cigarettes, and some chips/nuts to go with your drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craft beer (Australia and New Zealand and Japan) treasury wine estate wines (sub 50RM for Chile sav cab) and the usual cheap beer. Drink on the road with unlimited plastic chairs. Side cart for food - fried chicken or falafel... Wish this type of thing existed back home in Australia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basically an old liquor store, but don’t let its look fools you. Other than some hard spirits, they also carry a huge variety of commercial and craft beers. Easily more than other huge supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friday night ~8pm the drinking crowd (local & tourist) starts to build up, stock up all the booze. Prices are reasonable RM8 Asahi (per can), Kronenbourg Rose (RM8/can). Lots of choices locally manufactured beer e g. Tiger/Heineken/Carlsberg as well as imported ones. There's also chilled wine and soju. Tonight they had Edelweiss draft beer served in the shop. Can pay by cash or e-wallet. Minus point, beers are not as cold as expected due to customer open/close fridges or quick stock turnaround.
