Am very disappointed with the service of ANZ home furniture. 1. My family is supposed to take delivery of the furniture on 22nd May (Mon) at Singapore. Someone from ANZ confirmed the delivery on 19th May (Fri before) via phone for the delivery on 22nd. 2. However, we received a call on 21st May (Sun) at about 10pm, informing us that the bed frames and the sofa will not able to deliver on agreed date. Reason given by ANZ is that the customization for the bed frames was not according to plan and the electric panel for the sofa was in shortage. 3. The delivery for these bed frames were then delayed to 30th May and the delivery for the sofa was delayed till further notice. They have informed they will likely delay the delivery of the sofa to mid June. 4. On 22nd May, one of the furniture (work table) was missing a drawer handle which we have feedback and they confirmed the missing part will be delivered together with the bed frames. 5. On 30th May, the bed frames were delivered but NOT the missing drawer handle. Furthermore, one of the bed frames has issues. The front of the bed frame is blocking the opening of the 2 side drawers. This should have been rectified during customization. Currently, the 'problematic' bed frame is still at my new house and ANZ has showed no response to bring back to their factory to rectify. 6. The front of the second bed frame is shaky and the delivery guy informed that it is like that, without solving the issue. a) Why did ANZ give a call to confirm delivery and then give us another call to 'unconfirm' the delivery HOURS before the actual delivery? Why wasn't a confirmation done internally before reaching out to the customer? b) Why can't you provide a confirmed date of the delivery of the sofa? We have ordered the furniture in March and make the full payment in April. This is 2 months ahead of original delivery date. Why was there an issue of electric panel shortage? I am working in the shipping industry. 2 months lead time will allow shipping of any items from US/Europe to Asia and back. And I will suppose these parts should be within Asia. Why do you discovered this issue only hours before original delivery c) Do ANZ know that courier service can deliver the electric panel fast? Why do we still need to wait for half a month for delivery of the sofa? ANZ has shown no sense of urgency of meeting customer deadlines. We have been delaying our moving in due to all these problems. d) Why was the simple drawer handle missed again during the second delivery? Who is doing the coordination and ensuring that EVERYTHING is delivered on time? Initially, I was thinking of recommending to my friends to get furniture from them in the future. After this unpleasant incident, I guessed this will not happen.

I recently bought 2 matresses and a double bed fr ANZ taman molek (sales order 161011). Sales personnel Marry is very pleasant n efficient. So are the delivery crew who promptly arrived on time (20March 3.30p.m.) to fix my new bed. TQVM n keep up the good work..your efforts are very much appreciated.

With the intention of getting a new bed set for my new house and started window-shopping. Tried collecting information from various shops, browsing & comparing between different mattress brand by talking to different sales. Happened to patrol Paradigms Mall back in Dec-18 and the a helpful lady named Ling who assisted me. She showed and shared with me some useful tips on selecting mattress. She also shared with me some offers / package deals that ANZ was running back then. I am appreciated she didn't hard-sell nor pester me to pen down any deal on the spot. If she did that, I will walk out and will not even consider ANZ again. After 2 months time, with busy schedule and discussion with my SO, we had decided to go for Dunlopillo and went back to Paradigms mall and check if the package that interested us was still available. Unexpectedly, Ling still remembered me and my preference after 2 month time, she quickly helped me checked, and even recommended a slightly better deal. I took up the offer on the same day and requested the delivery to make on the week that I preferred due to busy schedule. Ling had followed up and monitored closely to ensure my delivery could arrange accordingly to my convenience. The delivery team was also on time and conpleted the bed frame assembly and installed mattress skilfully. I have no problem to recommend ANZ and Ling from Paradigms Mall outlet to others should anyone is seeking for new furniture for their home. S/O: 175654 from Paradigms mall in Feb-19.

Hi, I am Huiqin here. My sales order is 194186. I was looking around Mt. Austin for suitable furniture for my home in Singapore. After viewing a few furniture shops, I was becoming disappointed and thinking I don’t think I will be able to find anything I like in JB. Finally I came to ANZ and within half an hour, easily I shortlist 3 out of 4 items :) Nicole was the staff serving us, she is patient and helpful to assist us in our queries and introducing the right items for us. We are please and happy with her service. Delivery is good except that they came much much earlier than agreed timing. Overall was a good shopping experience with ANZ. I will recommended singaporeans to shop there without worries of delivery and pricing ? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m Christy,my sales order number is 09/187234. I bought a sofa in the AMZ furniture last month. The sales girl (Pei Leng) is very good，very patient and introduce me to the color and fabric selection and reasonable price and promised delivery in about 3 weeks. Three weeks later, two friendly delivery drivers (Ah Hui & Faozi) helped with the handling and assembly. Thank you very much for your help. The color of the new sofa is very beautiful.

Bought a sofa set from this furniture shop, good quality for a good price. The sales assistant Mei Leng at bukit indah is very helpful and with good service attitude. The only drawback was driver promised to arrive my house at 1pm, but they were late for 30 minutes. However the delivery and installation process is efficient. Would recommend and will buy from them again.

I m Josephine, the old customer for ANZ Home Furniture since 2012. I like the design and quality from this shop. Last month, i bought super single mattress and divans from Nicole (194217). She was very friendly, helpful and informative. Due to my room has limited space for two single beds, she was given me some brilliant ideas for the room arrangement, that i really appreciate so much. Thanks, Nicole. For the drivers, Nazrul and Fahan, they are polite and careful in moving my furnitures. Overall, i will recommend this shop to those who looking for good customer services, good product qualities and modern designs. Do hope that they will continue success.

I am Lisa Chai, regular customer of ANZ since 2015 before I moving in to my new house at LA Garden, Austin. I booked 1 sofa before moving in my new house. Their service was very excellent and treat customer patiently. Sales girl Nicole who served me in 2015 introduced me a king bed with promotion price although is a display set but still very new and the mattress very comfortable. Recently my mum and me walked in again to booked a sofa which can adjust as a sofa bed which cost us RM4380 bill number 194160 I informed Nicole to be delivered on 30 March 2019 as I was working in SG and she also treat me nice and patiently. As my mum very pantang which we need to look on timing to delivered the sofa yet they all follow our schedule. The driver name Nazrul and Fahan. The driver very nice and helpful. They also helping me moving away my old bed. Overall I will recommend to all my friend to shop at ANZ of their good customer service, high quality and with reasonable price.
