★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst management, called for appointment done by phone but went over they says no appointment record found, staff confused on works, appointed specific doctor but they assigned another one, everything a mess, only one good thing was Dr Koh Peh Foong is a very good professional, caring, kind and helpful doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, the doctor even can't explain or confident to the tooth pain. Please don't see the doctor at night time, it show very unprofessional. The guy .no wonder there is no people make appointments with them frequently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Attending person didn't seem experienced or confident enough to do a molar extraction. Told to come back another day for extraction.
2. Poor information given to patient during during appointment taking, resulting in time wastage.
3. Overall - poor service.
4. Yea place is clean - kudos to cleaners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ malay staff was busy with her phone. she is rude and lazy to do her work! plus dr came in like a young graduate.. not kid friendly at ALL!!!! don't visit here., like a haunted clinic!! no aircond no paintings... kids will run away seeing! and adults too!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ efficiency of the workers there are so slow, had to wait 1 hour just to talk to the doctor which i eventually gave up waiting. never once i don't have to wait just to pay the bill or just to book an appointment. don't ever visit this place unless you're ready to wait hours to get something done.
