★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walk-up small sized apartment. Gated but, only guarded at night by one of the residence. Quite dark when at night as the road lights are 50% not functioning.
Most probably peaceful neighbourhood as children can be seen playing everywhere all by themselves.
The only amenities available are a small groceries shop with limited supply of things & a small warung as a place to eat. However, all other convenience stores & amenities are 5 minutes away from this neighbourhood. Quite convenient.
