β β β β β I don't think that help residence is a good place to live.The attitude of staff is not very good and the facilities can't satisfy me.What is more,can you arrange a clean room for us?Although it's second time to live here,you should clean everything before giving.It is your duty to do so and you shouldn't ask us for extra money to make someone clean the room.

β β β β β This place is the worst place on Earth. Very weak security plus pathetic condition of rooms and toilet. Please don't give your expensive clothes to laundry in basement. Not only they would mix all the colored clothes but also ruin the condition of your dress in a single wash. Try some outside laundry as it's impossible to wash clothes in dirty bathrooms of help residence .

β β β β β Good enough rooms, could be bigger and definitely cheaper especially for International students. CafΓ© food is okay, Internet via Ethernet is very very fast (>100Mbps)

β β β β β Not a good location if you don't have a car, cafe has limited (but delicious) options, the mini convenience store is very small - a part of the cafe. Dorm rooms are okay and clean, bringing extra storage is necessary unless if you have very, very few personal items.
