★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stood at the counter for a minute but no one came to serve us. A staff who saw us pretended that he did not notice our presence and continued to let us wait. Totally horrible and unacceptable service. This is the second time we had such an awful experience at the same outlet. Will never enter this salon ever again for a haircut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time when . Chosen senior stylist for my daughter hair cut. This sr stylist really had attitude problem !
1) no response when smile n great her . She just gave us a cold looks
2) asked her opinions on how to restyled my daughter’s hair . No eye contact n she spoke very soft both my daughter n I can’t even hear . Thought she might be tired after a long day work. But when she talked to her junior her voice actually can be very loud.
3) whole session her face is Lan si face not a word looked she doesn’t feel like working!
4) after the haircut met at toilet no smiles n cold look too!
As a senior stylist she didn’t do a good job. On right side of My daughter’s hair few strands are longer. With her attitude like that how she going to guide those young stylists ? I’m not asking her to smile or chat during the all session. At least great your customers when u first meeting them n chat a bit !
If she doesn’t like her job just stay at home or find another job!
With this kind of attitude how to work in service line ! Without passion in your work you can’t do a good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a scalp treatment from Vincent, very impressed with the results! Stylist was attentive and gentle from start to finish. No hardselling at all too. Will definitely come back here for treatment/wash in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m warning you guys, please dont let this salon BLEACH your hair!!!! They left the bleach on my hair for too long and now my hair is extremely brittle. I have always had healthy hair even after bleaching at other salons, this time its the worst. Each time i comb through my hair, pieces of my hair will just fall off.. so upset.
The senior lady gave instructions to one of the student to wash my hair, and he didn’t even shampoo/ condition my hair after bleaching… just rinse only.
The boy who blew dry my hair had the wind temperature of the hair dryer too hot.. it was burning my scalp..
Overall, they were so unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‘Senior’ stylist with the worst customer service. Booked a junior stylist cut @RM25 via phone one day prior, and they told me there was only ‘senior’ creative cut @RM36 available when I physically arrived there. I am a guy and my hair is always kept short, yet the ‘senior’ lady just simply cut my hair, literally not much difference before and after the haircut. That lady shouldn’t be allowed to work if she doesn’t care about the shop and it’s customers. She is a middle age aunty with poor attitude, please don’t let her serve anyone anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my 6th scalp treatment with APT salon and this is my first time at the Sunway Velocity outlet. Their service is great here. They did a very thorough hair wash and checked with me beforehand if the water temperature was right. Also blow-dried my hair and did a little styling at the end, which was satisfactory. Paid for the whole scalp treatment package and thought it is worth the money.
