★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by today. Was really disappointed with the customer service. The staff seems not interested to entertain at all, not welcoming and just sat at the counter. As newbie, i had lots of questions. I only managed to asked price for one of the tanks, after that he went away and last thing i saw him sitting inside one of the rooms doing nothing.
Well on positive thinking note, maybe he is too tired from puasa? Hmm..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much of anything left.. but friendly and helpful staff.. plenty of hardscape material and aquatic plants is quite abundant. fish and shrimp not as much variety but they looks healthy and active.. price reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many variety of aquatic plants and hardscape material. Item price is reasonable but a bit hard to spot who will assist you . No clear uniform/tags . Maybe because the cashier counter is at the back, it seems a bit unattended upon entering. Easy parking tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Number's of flora and few of fauna too choose. Love the space they have. Staff are helpful, they have choice of shrimp but not tht many only 1-2 type. They will get full ranking if they do maintain their plant for better quality but understand, is not an easy job to achieve.

Not much choices,like rundown store not as same as you see in the blogger page.
To hot and humid,fan not on at alll...not sure why.I still pay the same price.
If not ready to open due to MCO as well just focus online,i hv seen customer come and go less then 5 minute.
I still support your business yesterday bought a new set,take what ever you have.Please don't disappoint your other customers.
