★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dekat 2jam menunggu giliran , tambahlah staff dan counter , kurangkn penat orang nak menunggu lama , kurangkn jugak berbual benda2 xpenting dengan customer supaya cepat giliran menunggu tu gerak...perbaharui lah urusan semua ,
 close to 2 hours waiting for turn, add staff and counters, I'm tired of waiting for people to wait, I have to talk about important things with the customer so fast turn around and wait ... change everything,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orang datang sini support arrahnu sebab upah dia murah bila pajak emas, tapi staff slow dan banyak bersembang. tak boleh ditegur pula tu. Kita datang bukan minta bantuan atau mengemis., kita minta servis layanan elok, sbb kita bayar upah jaga emas kita apa.
Bank Rakyat should listen to this. Tambah staff dan improve your staff attitude. Unless memang culture bank rakyat memang gini.
People come here to support arrahnu because his salary is cheap when it comes to gold tax, but the staff is slow and has a lot of chat. You can't be reprimanded either. We come not to ask for help or to beg, we ask for good service, so we pay our gold maintenance wages.
Bank Rakyat should listen to this. Add staff and improve your staff attitude. Unless the people's bank culture is like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service slow tak pernah nk baiki!beratur sampai 3-4 jam tu biasa kt sini! Sepatutnya sistem perbankan islam perlu dijaga. Memalukan.
Slow service is never good! Queuing for 3-4 hours is normal here! The Islamic banking system should be taken care of. Shame on you.
