Waiting outside for 1 hour , then waiting agin inside another hour
Fine for the younger but shouldnt for the old people
All counter operate without differentiate purpose this is why the waiting game happened
Only 3 counter open whilst it can be 5 for all
The officers , very nice , soft spoken
The problem is just the system
