1. Water heater problem
2. Found underwear from previous guest in the room.
3. The room not been cleaned even already inform to reception.
4. Staff that handle garbage trolley use guest lift.
5. The entrance at hotel block 1 its dirty.
6. Breakfast ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for 4 nights earlier this month. We enjoy the safari, is a walking distance from the resort. The hotel was very clean at all times. Its staff to be tremendously helpful and courteous at all times. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are quite responsive and changed the room for us. We were so great that we had the personal assistance that guided our way in Safari. Those that needs easier access early on so they could arrange rooms that are easier to reach the lobby & cafe area. Worth the visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The zoo was good. The rooms were a good size. Gambang town is nearby UMP. Pool, nice with sand play area and have Guard on duty. The complimentary Waterpark and Safari entrance ticket provided by the hotel ***agement is a value added to staying at this establishment. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire hotel was always kept clean. I really liked the design of the hotel. The various facilities in the hotel are excellent. Exchange rate is available at the hotel. Everything you would ever need was close by. Mostly Malay food, it might be cater to the large segment of malay guest there for a seminar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample for shoulder season. Easily accessible to taxi from the hotel. The resort has a free shuttle bus to Safari and water park. The buffet breakfast was very delicious and have ***y menus for you to choose. Pizza were absolutely wonderful. Reception staff were pleasant. I always looked forward to returning to my room after a long day out.
