★ ★ ★ ★ ★ water park 7/10, have 2 playground for kids n got lots of slides, kids have so much fun. I think for adult the most exciting slide is family raft ride..i had so much fun.
I stayed at arabian.. so far the service is not so good. the food is not delicious, but i like the room.. it is so big.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our second time visit. Personally, I still love it as well as our first's. I especially love the breakfast variety it offers. Would spend at least one hour during breakfast time to enjoy all the food prepped. We are a breakfast family, we cannot do without proper breakfast!
Alas, I was disappointed with one women's toilet at the pool area where the flush was down. Maybe it just happened recently and the maintenance team was not even aware of it yet.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Will come back another time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best resort that I have stayed so far. Nice and spacious rooms. Clean toilet, and clean environment. There are varieties of activities available around the resort. Can spend meaningful time here. Breakfast are standard and tasty. Swimming pool is a great leisure here. Definitely will return here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay at resort hotel but it is scary. Haha... Will never stay here anymore. Floor is wet. And decoration is old. Television is like early year of 2000. I think they never make profit for this hotel, thats the reason they cannot maintained. Other than that is ok. Staff is ok because i am visitting in weekday. You can find ikan bakar or kelantanese food at nearest neighborhood (out of resort). Need to drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've stayed in Villa. The villa consists of 3 rooms with each room have its own bathroom. Suitable for family or friends gathering events. The Villa outlooks kinda French concelt. We stayed during this pandemic, consider the place still well maintained. The waterpark also well maintained and affordable price. Great holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Have made online reservation, came for check-in at 3pm on 21/8/2020. Was informed by hotel staff, our rooms are not ready and was asked to wait for call from hotel management, once rooms are ready. Waited until 5:00pm! Quality of service need to be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Facilities inside the room also good. The only thing is that if they had metal coffee spoons would be better compared to the plastic stirrer. The staff at check in counter also very supportive, friendly and pleasant. I will come again if there is any promotions for the room rate... hehehe...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a conference in the resort. The service maintenance staff were responsive and able to resolve the the problems on a timely manner. The restaurant F&B staff were friendly and provided good service. The food was fresh and tasty. However could have been better if the maintenance of the place was better as the corridors leading to the rooms looked run down and a bit messy. Also the towels provided smelt musty and one of the arm chair in the bed room needed repairs.
