★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 11.11.2019 Monday, i went to Arashi Bukit Indah with my 2 young children for lunch at around 4pm.
My younger daughter who was suffering with stomach flu, she vomited during the dining time.
I felt so sorry and seek for help from your staff.
A young, thin, friendly waitress came to us, and offered her help to clean the mess instantly.
I apologized to her, and her caring smile & act made me feel so much better instead of feeling awkward and guilty.
Hence, i would like to send the feedback on her good service performance, which had successfully made me a return customer to Arashi for sure.
Thank you for the pleasant service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had the pork shoulder and beef/pork set. absolutely yummy soup bases. we tried the milk and shabu shabu ?? interesting ingredients as well. love the hong kong style chilli. great price for quality too. will definitely give this a visit again! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to Aeon Bukit Indah numerous time but have never set foot on this place before. So I decided to try it out. To my surprise, the food is food, with a wide variety of soup base, and the price is reasonable. Service is also good with the waiter coming back to us to ask us if we want to top up our soup, to top up our water. Enjoyed my food here and will come back again.

? Crispy Salted Chicken (RM12.65 w GST & Service Charge)
? Sea Salt Cream Red Tea (RM13.80 w GST & Service Charge)
? 2nd time ordering pork cheek shabu set. I kept coming back because I really enjoy the milk based broth for the shabu shabu. Crispy Salted chicken is cold and not crispy. Sea salt cream red tea is good but not worth the price paid.
? No waiting time but quite short staffed so the tables weren't cleared and staff didn't have time to sit us while we were waiting outside.
? Quite expensive, I think the price increased so its no longer value for money. Price including gst and service charge is not worthy. Will not be back again (probably).
? Anyone can recommend good and affordable places that has milk broth? :') probably won't be here again cause its not value for money unless I'm super craving milk broth.
