★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is nothing special, service is mediocre at the best of times. The workers can't seem to keep track of what dishes are still available or not, don't understand simple requests like for a baby chair, and if you ask for a refill of your bak kut teh, they'll only give you one small rice bowl of soup even if you ordered a massive bowl for five people with lots of add-ons (so there wasn't much soup to begin with). After that they point-blank refuse to give more soup and dgaf if you will come back or not. Should spend less money on pretty menus and more money on training their workers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good especially the dry Bak Kut Teh. The soup one is not bad but I think they are very stingy on the top up of the soup. They only allow a tiny little bowl. Even when I said I will pay for it, they refuse. That’s why I only give 2 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, enjoyed both the soupy and dry Bak Kut Teh but service was very slow even though they had many staff and only 2 tables occupied. A refill of the soup had to be requested for four times before it came. When it did, it was a very small bowl compared to the largest portion of BKT we ordered, they also only allowed one refill. See what I mean in the photo attached.

Place is generally clean.
Just don’t like the 斤斤计较 style... to almost like stingy. Top up soup once, and it’s not to your service pot’s brim! It’s adding a little bowl, that fills half of a one share pot.
And while I’m typing, the power just tripped! Lol!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignore that hateful 1 star review. The food here definitely worth more than 1 star.
Comparing with Food Master (Setia Indah) the dry version bkt is slightly lacking but the soup version here is good. There is a paper o the wall explaining why they only give 1 Bowl of refill soup (no msg, no salt etc)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Bak Kut Teh soup that’s worthy of a 4-stars. The soup was slightly sweeter than the usual. If you like herbal soup, then this is not the place for you. The pieces of meat were succulent and soft. The fried bean curd worked well with the soup when it soaked up the broth. The intestines were cleaned well, without a slight hint of bitterness. Lovely yummy meal indeed.
