★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classy apartment with a nice pool. Very good for small families with kids. The security is top notch. Plenty of parking spaces and very private - in the middle of the city but with the peace and quiet you need.
But rent is pricey, as expected of a place in Bukit Tunku.

Used to hangout when friends were staying there, since I passed by Kenny Hill area everyday.
Cool place. Good neighborhood. Nice community.
Definitely a very affluent & lavish area.
Actually, it was more Tijani II than Arata. My apologies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this condo many times as an agent. It is always quiet and hardly bumps into any residents despite the high occupancy rate. Very well maintained and always clean. Easy to get parking. Some units come with four car parks. This is rare for condos in KL.
However, the units here don't come with a balcony. And if you are sensitive to noise, units facing the highway might not be a good choice.
Overall, it is a cosy place to live. Easy access to both the KLCC area and Mont Kiara. Private, low density & secured.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you visit lookout, please respect the neighborhood and pickup your trash. Sometimes it really looks bad. Enjoy your visit.
This is disgusting folks! Not the cleaners responsibility to clean up trash. I guess we still have a long ways to go. Maybe some signs to post, to remind people to clean up trash. Who likes to live in filth? Have a great day.
