โ โ โ โ โ Excellent location, views and construction but poor connectivity with public transportation. Sales people keep changing their stories. I am Canadian and am surprised that all the forty or so projects I have visited have only Chinese sales people. This is discriminatory at the least. Their sales force must reflect the larger population. Soft closings are better than hard and honesty and whole truth is better than deceit and half truths. We all know that COVID has decreased the real property around the world by 20 to 40%. But they are still still standing tall on their prices. Make a pledge to Refund if prices crash or when they are desperate to sell then refund all at the fair market value, especially when you are at the pre-construction value. I have also noticed three different price structures for the same unit on the same project: regular prices for the foreigners like me, BUMI prices for the prominent Malaysians (especially Malays) and the oriental prices for the Chinese which are the cheapest and the difference between them is enormous. Being a Canadian, I canโt stand discrimination, especially when I am contributing to the local economy. Your second home policy sucks and the govt must tweak it to the advantage of foreigners like they do for foreign direct investment in the industry.

โ โ โ โ โ Location and the show unit of the property seems okay..Hard to find parking at the Sales Gallery..Met a sales person Jack Lee which has no integrity at all..Overall I guess is a good purchase for own stay but who you purchase from, need to choose a good Sales person to service you..Perhaps Malton should educate their Sales person to be more professional and have good integrity..

โ โ โ โ โ Very unfortunate I met this Amanda, agent from Pavilion property at the gallery in November 2021. She PROMISED me I will get my deposit back within 2 months if I decided not to proceed with the purchase. She didnโt disclose all the terms and conditions when coaching me to place the deposit. 4 months since then, I have been waiting for my 1K refund. Most of the time, she will either ignore my text, request and demand for her to follow up my case.
Now, please enlighten me, shall I proceed my request directly at the big time developerโs office? Or shall I wait endlessly for the answer from both Agent Amanda or Developer?? Please advice!!!!!!
