★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for an Island Hopping tour (4 pax) at 8:13 AM at their shop at Kuah Jetty and was promised that the boat would leave at 9:30 AM. By 10:30 AM the boat still hadn't arrived and no one at the pickup area knew anything.
When I complained at the shop, we were shown to a waiting boat and promised that the the tour would still be 4 hours long, but it wasn't, we were back by 1:30 PM.
I had a terrible experience with this company and would advise against using them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rented a car (Toyota Vios) via Arisz at Langkawi Airport. They are the very first counter at the far right where the sales person aggressively pulling customers to their booth to close sales. Never to my thought, it was my nightmare taking their service. The car was fine until towards the car return stage was a disgrace. I was being told that I have caused a scratch on the car which was hidden at the bottom of the bumper which the person in charge in car collection spotted within that barely 3 seconds. I insisted that I will not pay for something that i have never done, then another 2 guys came to surround me and asked me for additional RM150 for painting service. I was already very tight in my flight schedule and yet they wanted me to wait for them to check on the car fixing cost. Insisted to speak with their boss but they have came out with an excuse that boss not around and sales counter was closed. As i was tight with schedule, they also threatened me that they will make police report or ask the immigration officer to stop me at the immigration check. This is such an unprofessional service and I would call it gangster behaviour in my opinion. DO NOT EVER engage with their service, there are plenty other options around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to use this company for my airport transfer. Fida was awesome! It was a smooth arrangement all via WhatsApp. They also send you the name and plate of the driver picking you up which made me feel safer. Zamry my driver was friendly and informative.
Will definitely use them again!

I booked a Toyota Vios manufactured in 2018 in very competitive price and it was in good condition. Customer support service provided by WhatsApp is also superb. Recommended to everybody who is willing to explore this island by a car.

Firstly, booking was direct and easy through the website & whatsapp. The car came in great condition and the rental price is reasonably priced & affordable. The staffs were also very efficient, patient and kind (we arrived 30 minutes late and the staff kept telling us it was okay when we apologized). Overall, a great service, would definitely recommend to anyone who plan to visit Langkawi.
