β β β β β Last 2 years we received custom CNY cards and attended an appreciation event where I won a limited edition Arte G Shock. My wife got a RM200 Parkson voucher when she lost - which still felt like a win for us. We were quite surprised they were just giving this away to existing owners of previous projects tbh. Our properties appreciated too, most importantly. Overall, we've had a good experience with them as developers

β β β β β Had a rebate refund issue & called their office directly to figure out why it wasn't processed yet. Turns out there is a misunderstanding, but the person in charge talked it out with me & although i'm a bit disappointed I can't get it until bank payment terms of 50% are reached, I'm satisfied with how it was dealt with.Which is why i only invest in a developers with a good record. Will update my review when it is processed, hopefully on time as they assured me it would be. 4 stars still because Arte design is really something special.

β β β β β It is a development which located closed to a university. Great investment return and easily find replacement. Management team were friendly with my comments; and I knew some fussy guy out there too, personally I still think it worth for money. We looking forward to their future development.

β β β β β Was very pleased when I received my unit in Subang West. There were a few defects (as with every project I've ever invested in) but management was quick to acknowledge and resolve the issues. Designs didnt stray far from the artists concept visuals which was quite the eye opener. 10/10 would buy again.
