★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faith is a professional and patient counsellor with geneuine heart to help. Her knowledge of humans, emotions and down to earth understanding helps in much insights about myself. She has a way of listening and reaching out to you, yet giving you the space to discover and heal at your own pace. Faith specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, which proves to be highly effective to help deal with trauma, any inner work that we need help with to get back issues. The brain has a way of processing disturbing memories so that you experience the events as being over. As such, we keep repeating those images over and over in a loop. Faith uses EMDR to enable people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. Highly recommend Faith to help anyone overcome their issues, and live out our best!
