★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same like the other reviewers, this building/the management are the worst among the worst, they just want the tenants money but the facilites were in bad conditions, NOT RECOMMENDED TO NEW TENANTS TO LIVE THERE :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management ever i had seen. We are paying but the facilities are useless compare to other unit. This management is the useless ever. Is like we paying simply but the facilities are bad. No longer staying at this unit anymore. Compare to other unit, still Arte will be the worst ever i had seen. To Arte management pls consider you are doing ur work proper and as fast as possible. We couldn't bare for so many days, almost 1 month without the lift. Pls do understand our conditions too, or can reduce the rental price if can . Such a dumb ever management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking rate is too expensive. RM150 per month for level LG parking, RM100 per month for B2 B3 B4 parking???
Why would someone even build basement parking and place the TNB and cable room at LG level which is next to road level? When there's a heavy rain, the road level will be flooded. The recent flood has submerged the parking from LG to B4, and dipped half of the TNB & cable room, destroying the water supply pump in the basement as well.
There's no water & electricity for 1 week since the flood, and no elevator service for more than 2 weeks already until today.
The staircase that we have to climb everyday is dark because the lights, emergency exit lights, and emergency LED lights of each level in the staircase is not functioning for 3 years already! There's no CCTV install at the walkway & staircase either.
One of the fire-resistant door from level 9 staircase has been vandalised and laying on the staircase ground out of nowhere. I stepped the wrong step due to the obstacles on the ground, and hurt my right knee-thigh muscle and tendon. But it seems there is no reply from building management about my injury as well as the medical compensation.
Patience is needed but what if those who can't last long in this facility crisis? This building management need to be replaced for good. When they first handover the building they didn't even put any effort to repair the building facilities including the gym and swimming pool. This time, even the essential facilities are disrupted too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even worth one star, the management were very slow and the supervisor guard SUNIL was rude as hell, guards were useless. Been waiting for access card since forever and ive paid for it. All of the management rule is questionable and unnecessary. Old gated system, the sticker seem useless if we have to wait for the guard to open the gate. Useless and time consuming to wait for other people to go out just for me to come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ used to stay here (2016-2018). the place is unsafe, unhygienic, vandalised by (i suspect) students, since most of them are MS* students. My shoes were stolen twice (cheap Nikes, and cheap sandals too). PATHETIC.
this place is too crowded with students, and unfortunately too many uncivilised ones. it only took one year for the building to look like a 10 year old building. it was nice when it was new. too bad.
four years later it seems to get even worse.
AVOID renting this place at all cost and good luck to the students living here who doesn't have much choices.

took forever to fix the lift
No lift, need to use the stair, but the stair is totally dark, no light at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST GUARD! NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, ACTS SO BOSSY! Hope they can fix their behavior or even better find someone better! What are their right to act so unfriendly with tenants even they are student?!
Not recommended to stay here, many facilities can't be used!
Upon entrance, even just to drop-off a few items need to pay rm5 as deposit, but can't claim back even didn't exceed 15min.. I don't know what to say to this thing.. if u want to find a place to stay/rent, better to not choose this one..
