β β β β β The bedroom and kitchen is very narrow, the house overall hygenience is good. Location is strategic since often there is public transport pass through. convenience store is available at ground floor and it's near to Aeon and Giant.
On the other hand, most importantly the management here show very low productivity especially in handling the water issue and lift. 1 out of 2 lift in a block must be out of service very often. Majority of people are forced to go down by staircase especially during morning and evening peak hours due to only 1 lift can be used. The public toilet at the ground floor are terribly smelly since no cleaners to clean it. Living in condominium is hot at night if you choose no aircon in your room.
In conclusion, the lift problem here is an usual and utmost phenomenon since the management team here seem not really concern in this issue which cause the lifts always out of service. It is super-not a good choice for OKU or people with disability to stay here.

β β β β β Facilities are very basic here. Only swimming pool and common area is available at Level 7. No gym and badminton courts. Level 7 is off limit after 8 pm. Despite the lack of facilties, many cheap rentals here. Not suitable for big family. Highly advised to deal directly with house owner to get best deals.

β β β β β The facilities here are not in the best conditions like the gym. The pool water appears to couldy. The lift are always not functioning. The corridor lights turns on at 7pm and its already dark before 7pm turning it on early would be less scary for laddies especially. The security is not the best especially at the parking anyone can walk up to the parking lot without a access card and access the lift easily.

β β β β β Traffic very very very bad as it is near junction and connected with main road for inter-city.
Can hear clearly the vehicles if your house/room facing the road.
Visitors advised to use public transportation as parking very very very limited.
They have security which will walk at every floor & check the parking. If car plat number not registered they will clamp.So, if you bring your company car to be park at your parking lot,alert the guard is advisable.

β β β β β Visited a family friend. Park inside for visitors are only up to an hour. So have to park by the road if you need more time. Security is good and entering the building is very easy process. A bit old but well maintained building.

β β β β β Lifts are terrific. only 2 lifts, with no maintenance lifts for a block of 21 levels. Plus, occassion of lift breakdown is very frequent. Not suitable for family with kids.

β β β β β worst management ever! call few times not answering.only got one admin meh? the elevator always breaks, not condominium but more to flat environments. better find somewhere else.
