★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was late by 30 mins for my appointment and it was cancelled . Admittedly it was my fault but I was only free on that day. They wouldn’t reschedule me on the same day and the receptionist was not very friendly. What irks me was that the next appointment after mine was scheduled 30 mins later. So the doc only had 30 mins for me. This despite my calling earlier and explaining clearly what I wanted done which would have taken 2 hrs at least. Even when I called the receptionist had the cheek to imply that this procedure was pricey. If you don’t want my business just say it. I’ll take it elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been consulting Dr Foo for more than 10 years, would recommend his service to anyone. Professional and friendly, reasonably priced treatments for this area. However, please for the sake of your client, if not, your future client, hire a more hospitable clinic manager. I know Yati has been with the clinic since you were situated at the shop lots, but I never once had a good experience with our correspondence. Regardless over the phone or counter, she has always been very unprofessional, arrogant and rude - for instance, she is always interrupting when someone is talking. I received the same feedback from all the family and friends I recommended to Dr Foo. Please focus on listening and allow the other person to answer your questions and finish their part. There's no need to rush someone off the line despite how busy you are, and hanging up abruptly before your client thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was given one of their less experienced dentist due to the urgency of my dental problem. She had good bedside manners and work done was decent however due to her lack of experience, I was told that there was no decay. Several weeks after, I visited another dental clinic elsewhere and the dentist indicated to me that I had decay on a few teeth. Also noted that the dental assistant assigned to the dentist who treated me was quite unprofessional and cold. She was distracted for the most part letting the suction's cable drop onto my body a few times and barely spoke a word to me during my session (or even the dentist for that matter). For the work done, it was considerably very expensive compared to other clinics around and the waiting area is the least impressive as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Loo & Dr Foo and their associate dentists, both are very professional in their job. No unnecessary procedures or recommendation. They are open to fact if you want to seek a second opinion elsewhere. But my experience is, I will still come back to them for procedures.
Ample parking in the mall. Free parking if you spend RM 100 in the mall, including dental visits.
