★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With travel restrictions imposed, our new condo unit remains empty and unable to start renovation in 2020.
Then come *2021, we have to thank our lucky stars to have Artrend and their ID, Jensine helping us kick off this amazing journey of building our new little nest. With plenty of enthusiasm, and commitment might I add, Artrend's team took the extra mile to support us in every decision making, sourcing and oversight to ensure the construction and renovation runs smoothly and meets our highest expectations. We can be pretty picky, detailed clients and always geared up for the latest smart technology gadgets/devices available in the current market and yet stay minimalistic.
Even when the going gets tough, Jensine continues to portray a positive attitude and solves the problem. It is admirable how she sees our project through from inception to completion. Jensine's hard work and passion in her work as an Interior Designer are such good traits that are hard to find these days.
We have to give them the highest marks for being attentive and flawless in carrying out their jobs and providing amazing customer service. Artrend ensured that we as homeowners experience the least stressful situations and instead to be able to have great fond memories of building our little new home sweet home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad that I chose Artrend Interior Studio for our first home renovation.
It's not often I write reviews, but I have to give kudos to Dennis and Jensine for their work. I met with a number of interior designers in Penang Island prior to signing with Artrend. They were over the top with gold trim and glitters, or easy to fit and generic finishes, or if I didn't have their budget, they didn't bother, while others didn't match our tastes.
Dennis understood what I meant exactly when we met at Artrend's office. It is minimalistic yet elegant, and still within our budget. In his showroom, I can see some of his company’s finest carpentry work.
Jensine was assigned to our project, and in my opinion, she was the most competent interior designer for us especially during the pandemic. She assisted us with the defect inspections and shared her views on what the developer should fix.
During the renovation process, Jensine supervised and monitored all aspects of materials and installation to ensure that everything met our requirements and standards. She informed the carpenter of a little defects here and there, which were promptly addressed.
Her greatest strength is her ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions. Our project has been enhanced by her many great ideas and she is easy to work with. I am so grateful and thankful to have her as our interior designer.
It was almost identical to the drawing on the original 3D drawing, and we received many compliments from friends and family.
Most importantly, thank you Dennis and Jensine for making our little new home so special and an amazing experience.
