★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to thanks Ah Ho from Wood & Col, for his dedicated efforts to the renovation of our home. Ah Ho was very professional and patient in understanding what we want. During the process, he attended to all our concerns that we had and took great efforts to ensure that the renovation went through smoothly. This designer is really super responsible, super on time and super good service. The entire team is so supportive and friendly, and I really like their designs. If you are looking for one now, you won't regret choosing them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Requested quotation for a condo, they said can deliver in 1 week.
1 week later, nothing, no message at all, decided to give them another week.
2 weeks has passed, still nothing, no message at all, checked in with them and said themselves by end of that day will deliver the quotation.
At this point if by that day still cant deliver, you'd think they would at least message you by the next few days, but no, its been 1 week since then and not even a single update so far.
Whats the point of telling customers completely unrealistic deadlines which you cant even come close to meeting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alex and my ID Esther together with the team did a marvelous job on my house renovation. I felt hassle-free by engaging their service as they always willing to listen, discuss and share. Though minor hiccups did happen during the renovation, but they would do best to rectify and resolve the issues without much of my intervention.
Not to mention the after-sales service, it was superb and excellent. I would strongly recommend Wood & Col if you are looking for ID & renovation service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commitment over commitments, promise over promised. Never turn up on time. Keep delaying works with thousand of excuses. There were 360 degrees different during pre & post engagement.
Pre - they will provide plenty of beautiful words to attract your intention by showing their dedication, responsibility as well as responsive level.
Post - delaying, plenty of excuses to extend the renovation job. No kick don’t move methodology.
After service - nightmare in following up outstanding items month over month. They had refused to answer phone call & text.
I would like to put a footprint by sharing my experiences with this company.
Therefore, to whom in pre-engagement stage. Have a deep thought.
For those in post-engagement stage, be prepared & cautions with their high grade “tai chi” customer service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look for whole Penang island, finally only able find Wood & Col have this brand "DTC" kitchen cabinet since June till Aug MCO 3.0 my drawer line damage. First time they order come wrong size go second time only correct but they are good service in delivery fast. Price very reasonable, easy parking and first hour RM 1.
Easy find next or before Jia Xiang steamboat from one way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencing wonderful journey with Wood and Col for the whole renovation process, even though got interruption due to MCO but they managed the whole process so well. I let them manage from A to Z and really never disappointed me. Thanks Alex and Ho for consistently communicate on the progress and be very responsive even during their offday or during odd hour. Great manworkship that come with long warranty and after handover service also great.

However, the final results exceeded our expectations and we absolutely love our new house although the whole project was delayed due to the MCO. Moreover we were given warranty for those cabinet stuffs and their works. Will recommend to our friends.
