★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Offers a variety of asam pedas: ikan merah, cencaru, mayong, pari and jenahak. The medan selera operates for lunch and dinner but during lunch time, there are a few stalls open. The best time to visit is during dinner. Only one stall operates during dinner but the asam pedas is very good and they are made fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth trying. Pretty good. One big asam fish head is about rm75 depending on size. 7 pax ate for about rm180 with all the other dishes. The sambal sotong n prawn is also delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never missed to drop by here and having lunch here are the most unexplainable feeling. The Asam Pedas are the best in town perhaps in Malaysia! There are few numbers of stall here, all the asam pedas taste the same except the fish will be differ from the other. Compulsory menu are White Rice with Asam Pedas (with your choice of fish), fried egg, and mix vege ! Make sure you are not in rush if you wanna eat here, if not you will loose the temptation of eating asam pedas.
P/s - for some people not get used eating spicy food just dont put the asam pedas too much, if not you will sweat in tears and hot !
