โ โ โ โ โ I went there during lunch and it was closed. I pressed the bell a few times and a guy came out to assist me. He was very helpful. I sent him my invoice and left the dish dryer there and he said he would pass it to the CS. I was satisfied and pleasant with good services.

โ โ โ โ โ Super terrible after sales service from Asia Summit Marketing Sdn Bhd!! The Firenzzi product that they are selling is having quality problem!! The Firenzzi product in my kitchen suddenly exploded last week while we were cooking. We were being cut and hurt by the glasses during explosion. My children were scared by the loud explosion sound and cried. We were having bad nightmares after the injuries caused by the explosion. After we complained to Asia Summit Marketing, their attitude are terrible and started to ignore all my calls. They refused to come to my house and check the problem without paying them the few hundred ringgit checking fee first. They were shouting at me and said no money no talk!! They said their Firenzzi product is like that, sometimes can explode and cause accident, they claimed that the product quality problem is not their problem. We were so regretted to spend RM3,430 to purchase such a low quality Firenzzi product from them. Super painful bad experience and will never buy Firenzzi product from such an irresponsible seller again!!
