WHen you contact them, they will make your life difficult and dont let you get your money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY SCAM MONEY and DONT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a painful experience!!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shipment took 22 days to arrive.I am satisfied with the speed because the service i used was SEA FREIGHT. The past review was overall bad so i was kind of worried because there is no status of the shipment updates other than i have to take my own step to ask the customer service.Fortunately,the customer service was good too.
Definitely will come to try the second round of my purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. They will shut you down in live chat if they can't answer your question. Good for 1 or 2 time buyer, after that parcel can't be trace and only their back office can see what happen on waybill... Highly not recommended agent!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordered my product using wiwaa since from apr’21 until now, my parcel still cant arrive, i have contract the customer service keep telling me stuck at custom, and they are not responsible for any late delivery.
I order from another platform also at end of april and parcel ald arrived three week ago, and another order at end of may , today im received also.
Im really dont understand y wiwaa will taken so long compare to other platform!!!
I will never using it anymore!!!!!
