Stayed in the chalet. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely setting (reception and dining hall over looking river), nice clean rooms and big breakfast. Fantastic.

Such a nice place to crash for the nature lover. Friendly and helpful staffs. New facilities and well maintained place. Offer varieties of activities too from beginner to hardcore customers. Terbaik!

Great activities and adventure.mostly night jungle walk. New experience when the tour guide show us the animal behaviour at night. You should wait when the scorpian re-act to the certain light. Dont forget Lata Berkoh. It maybe look quite bored at the beginning.But you will amaze when you see the waterfall.

The condition of the shared bathroom during my stay was not pleasant. There was no hand soap and the sink area and floor was dirty. The rubbish was constantly overflowing and not taken out. Other than that my stay was pleasant and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It was good when I arrived at this place as the person manning the counter was courteous and friendly but it all went downhill after that. First of all, the toilet looked all dirty and looked like they used water to rinse only after every guest's stay. There were disgusting stains everywhere. Secondly, there is no water pressure to the showers. I told them to come fix it & a maintenance guy came to look at it for a while & then left without a word. I thought he would have fixed it and left it at that but I felt sceptical so I left it on and true to my suspicion, the water pressure is gone again. I was fuming and went to the reception and the reception wasn't even aware of this problem as the maintenance guy just disappeared like that, without even informing me or the reception about anything. The reception changed me to another room, water pressure is good this time but the toilet is still dirty with many stains everywhere and the tiles in the room were broken in many places. Thirdly, this resort can organise tours for you but beware as the tours can be cancelled just like that and not inform you, until you go to the counter, ready to go on the tour, even after paying for it the day before. YES, it was paid already & I thought paying it means it can be a confirmed booking but no, they didn't even have the decency to inform you that the trip has been cancelled, until you go to the reception. Fourth, the food they serve there is just mediocre. That's the issue when you stay far away from the town centre and you have to eat the food at the resort. Please try to find a place to stay that's much nearer to the town centre. Plus, it's not cheap what they're charging too and you can get cheaper food in the town centre.

The activities were awesome! The place was very awesome for nature lovers. Plenty of activities, can custom according to age. Good service but the food can be improved some more ye... Cannot be pictured by review,, every human live in this planet must try the activities, especially the bandar people hahah

We spent four nights here in 2019. Good accommodation for a really good price. The hosts and cook were very friendly, fun and helpful! They helped arrange a birthday surprise and send two of the boys to catch a huge cockroach in our room (it’s the jungle after all). Also, every time we wanted to go somewhere, one of the hosts would personally give us a ride in the back in the pick-up truck, which was an amazing experience on its own! Another positive thing for me was that the resort is out of town; you’re not close to other hotels which makes the ‘jungle experience’ even better. The only con was the food at the resort which was good but pretty spicy. However, would strongly recommend to stay here!
