β β β β β Trip was great , bought the 3D2N package. Activities included were decent, loved the rapid shooting and orang Asli village. Dinner buffet for 2 nights were quite bad, lacked of variety, only 2 types of dish were given each night + white rice and 1 type of fried noodle. Vegetarian foods were just salad. Resort should consider different cuisine each night , both nights we were given Malay food. Breakfast was good , but also same types of food for 2 nights. Good hospitality by the resort staffs. The room could do some refurbishment, there were ants all over the room during our whole stay, glasses, fridge and kettle were dirty. Bedframe had lots of dusts that it was all over my pillow. Overall enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely go back.

β β β β β The staff were pleasant and helpful. The compound was well maintained BUT can't say the same about the chalet. Needs better upkeeping, brighter lights, cleaner bath area...among others.

β β β β β Good place to stay if you want to be close to nature and experience the jungle in a safe environment. Place a bit run down and chalets in need of upkeep. Water a bit yellowish but drinkable.

β β β β β Loved staying at this resort inside the National park. There are individual cabins and a restaurant which makes it convenient to walk to your activity meeting point daily. We stayed 2 days, 1 night

β β β β β An amazing place. We were here 3 nights and enjoyed a lot of activities that were all well organized. The staff is very friendly and accomodating and the rooms are great! Food is a mix of local and international, so you can find something for everyone. Definitely want to go back!

β β β β β Great service from staff. Accommodating and friendly. Hope the resort pulls through this pandemic. Very low occupancy. Good to see they maintained the chalets, quality and quantity at the restaurant.

β β β β β We had bucketloads of fun at Mutiara. The resort is great location wise with lots to do and see just close by. The rooms and bathrooms need a deep clean though and holes in floorboards and ceilings patched up. Better maintenance would make this place a true gem. It was very quiet when we were there, which we did not mind at all. However, it was a long weekend and the place *should* be more packed than it was. Improving cleanliness and comfort will likely help fill up the rooms. Only saying this as management is likely to see this comment :)

β β β β β Wonderful stay here in the national park. Responsive email communication right from the get go, all the staff from front desk to activity manager to restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay where you can step out and start trekking immediately and coming back to a warm shower and cozy cabin. Highly recommended to get a guide, we got Kamil who is very knowledgeable. You will feel a lot more connected to the forest with the information imparted. Also the Malay meal set which was wonderfully prepared by the chef (need to book a day in advance). Will be back in a heartbeat for sure!
