★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan yang dibina oleh ASM iaitu Bandar Baru Bukit Mentok mempunyai kolam renang yg besar, wading pool untuk kanak2, food court, pandang permainan di setiap block, deretan kedai yang lengkap, gelanggang futsal(tutup), dewan badminton, surau, gymnasium, kelas airobik(tutup) padang bola dan lain2….Saya telah menetap di sini sejak 2020. Rumah di sini juga harga patut. Banjir hampir setiap tahun berlaku. Bagi penduduk yang telah lama tinggal di BBBM, kami telah lali dgn banjir?.
 The housing built by ASM, Bandar Baru Bukit Mentok, has a large swimming pool, wading pool for children, food court, game view in each block, a complete row of shops, futsal court (closed), badminton hall, surau, gymnasium, airobics class (closed) football field and other2… .I have lived here since 2020. The house here is also reasonably priced. Floods occur almost every year. For the residents who have lived in BBBM for a long time, we have been tired of the floods.
