Boost at this area n serounding. Good for inverst n own unit at here.

β β β β β was impressed with the design and art work of the buildings. However didnt manage to get my fav unit, the refund took me 2 months. When i finally called to Aspen, the person incharge promise to give an answer next day. No any follow up call to me next day. After 2 weeks I called again and another person promise again, this time i write in email after the call too. No any follow up call and email once again. after 2 weeks i made my Third call , i insist to reject their promise and get the person to ask for an answer for me immediately while i waiting through the phone, then i got their confirmation that account department can bank in to me in 3 days. Worse follow up service i ever get, very disappointed

β β β β β Bought a unit last year April. They promised to complete the defect work in 3 months time. But until now, January 2022, work still not yet done. When I called many time, none of them responded. Tung who handle rectifying work, keep promising work to be done in a week or two but until now no news. He keep putting blame that aspen didn't want to do anything. Until now my unit still having water leakage issue. No one from this company has come forward to explain to us the solution.

β β β β β Nice place with great location. Nearby got McD, IKEA, Design Village. Factories, condominiums and many other on going projects. Connecting to 2nd Penang bridge. BUT very sad to said this ASPEN company is really helpless! They should do something to make this place more attractive. Many shops still empty and vacant. Suppose a very good place but very quiet and look like dead city! A very famous company know how to earn money but MUST know how to GIVE too!!! Another thing is their management service is truly terrible. Action, unfriendly and too strict with so many of terms & rules. We paid money but being treated like low lever people! ??????
