1. Came in around 9.30am
2. Waited for an hour but no food is served.
3. Complained and still no food serve and said 'tngah buat'.
4. After 10 mins went to counter to cancel order as takes too long.
5. Suddenly counter guy went to the kitchen and bring the completed order all at once.
6. All food were served cold and the taste is so-so.
7. Suspected the food was ready long time ago but they failed to deliver.
8. Asked them politely to improve their service by asking them to tell customer if it will take a long time to serve. (the shop were quite full)
9. Just a weak 'ok' replied without any sincerity. *no eye contact*
10. Read through previous review and same problem was recorded.
11. Btw, although there is western area, there is no western food served.
12. The good thing is at least the drinks are quick and quite good.
13. Can refer my pictures attached for the time we were in and the time the food was served.
All in all i do not recommend this shop and they show no sign of wanting to improve.
