★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servis tidak memuaskan..staff tidak ambik sikap yg sepatutnya..saya datang mkn dikedai dan order bungkus beberapa makanan..tapi sayang setelah selesai makan saya hendak bayar dan mengambil makanan bungkus yg telah saya order..
mengecewakan apabila staff kaunter boleh ckp kepada saya resit order tiada!!! bayangkan saya perlu menunggu balik..amat2 kecewa apabila staf tersebut tidak langsung mohon maaf...owner kedai tolong didik staf beradap dgn pelanggan dan bukannya tunjuk sikap acuh tak acuh !!
service is not satisfactory..staff did not have the proper attitude..I came to the store and ordered some food packages..but unfortunately after I finished eating I wanted to pay and take the food packages I had ordered ..
disappointing when the counter staff can ckp me no order receipt !!! imagine I have to wait back .. very disappointed when the staff did not immediately apologize ... shop owner please teach staff to be friendly with customers instead of showing indifference !!
