★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A worst medical service provider ever! their helpdesk is supposed to be available 24hr took forever to reply back. and they just toss you somewhere else to seek for answer. numbers given never pick up call and office number always unavailable. during briefing to your company, their promoter promised the stars, when in fact their service is the worst ever. GL was given via email instead of making in available in the apps. apps is not user friendly at all. your claim can change status from approved to pending without a single explanation. WORST SERVICE!!
