β β β β β Herring Bone Parking there could be quite a challenge and also parking spaces drawn are not following parking space standards which is 2.5m width x 6m length. Be mindful when parking.

β β β β β Very bad service ctr..astro is 24 hrs business...service provider and yet service ctr just during office hrs...what about custoners whose facing service prob after that...no pay no service..tau plk..and yet no service cus still need to pey prontly

β β β β β Customer Svc in D'sara uptown..helpful ,polite & warm whn we see them one to one.5 star rating!!.Keep up the good work.However,a lot of training is needed in social etiqette & accuracy of info thru Astro call centre.Hence,D'sara Uptown hv a good team of staff!Worth going there.

β β β β β I arrived around 3pm and I was the only customer. The termination process took around 2-3 minutes. My advise for parking is to park at Starling. Time consume for searching and it is just RM1 for a hour.

β β β β β I'm truly disappointed with 1 Chinese lady who first attended my aunt regarding decoder problem (what we assumed since we can't watch the TV anymore for few days. Currently we're using Enjoy package almost 2 years after we stop our Astro subs). The lady confirmed the problem is because of the decoder (old version) and need to change to the new version one which need to pay RM200++. My aunt already explained that she doesn't want to subscribe to astro package, only want to continue Enjoy package only. Luckily not long after the chi lady go to the back, comes a malay lady and she said no need to change decoder, only change new astro card only and that is free. We are really grateful and appreciate the malay lady's help.
