★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Astro Customers Service in Pulau Tikus and had what i wanted to do...to get a new decoder and job done in less than 1 hour from house in Bukit Jambul. Well done guys at Astro. All done and fast. Decoder to be fixed soon at home in Bukit Jambul. Thanks Astro Gang.

But I still think some people at astro are doing a very bad job .the website that closed down last year in october at guernyplaza still show as open and was not removed . This can not be a ower site. It is misleading customers.

Upon reaching the counter - service was good.
7 staff walking about behind the counter doing nothing but ONLY 3 counter in operation ?.
Spend half n hour standing outside queueing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. But need to wait long time. The astro need to upgrade the facility, the number should appear like hospital and other corporate/govt. I feel pity to the one aunty kind old, she asking me where is the number. She can hear the number clearly. Number should appear not by sound.
