★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv very bad experience in there at cuti raya 2022. My cats look like really starving. They really hungry while i feed them for the first time arrived home. I feed them 2pcs wet food and they finish in second time. My another cat lose 1kg just for 5 days in there. The place really small. I really mad at them but the manager looks like don’t care about things happened to my cats. If you look a cat hotel, go find another one. I never come there again
