Why Keep the parcel..if like this better I use normal pos NOT POS LAJU

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service. Call not picking up. Reschedule a pick up on specific date but delivery not attempted at all while I waited the whole day at home
Only changed the status to โUnsuccessful Delivery. We apologise that this item could not be delivered today. We will re-attempt delivery on the next working dayโ

โ โ โ โ โ PosLaju? Should've been called PosLembab. Not being transparent with customer, poor and slow service. Keep parcel in operation warehouse for DAYS. Please look forward into this issue, PosLaju! We pay for a good service, not an unpleasant experience.

Pleaseee jangan peram barang customer lama sangat. Dah hampir 2 minggu tunggu !!

โ โ โ โ โ Poor delivery service. known for their lack of delivery attempt but keep the item then ask the receiver to come and collect from the post office. to those who had the same experience, my suggestion just lodge complaint against pos malaysia to the MCMC website.. without your complaint through proper channel (MCMC), there's nothing much can be done to knock some sense of responsibility to them...
