β β β β β A most delicious meal with super nice staff! We came came here on our last day on Lagkawi, after seeing the skybridge. Iβm so glad we did! There were tons of options to satisfy all palettes, including seafood, lamb, and chicken dishes. There was no way to try everything, but I would love to come back some time in the future. We got an appetizer sampler platter with three types of hummus / baba ganoush, a couple dolmades, a variety of olives, and bread.
For a main course we went with one chicken shistouk (pieces of grilled chicken) meal, and one biryani chicken quarter meal. The shistouk came with French Fries, and the biryani with rice. The spices and flavors were super tasty and easy on our western palate (we havenβt had much Arabic food, but after this meal we want more!).
The restaurant itself has an inside and outside seating area, and the outside covered patio looked like it had a nice breeze. The food came out amazingly quickly- both for us and the other tables we saw get served. The women who took our order were so nice and so helpful and responsive. Overall great place.

β β β β β Nice place next to a rice field. This is a halal restaurant, arabic food on the menu. I had a mixed grill plate with roast chicken, lamb and kebab, really tasty.

β β β β β Large Arab themed restaurant serving Arabic and local food, they have wide variety of different food groups to choose from. The restaurant is located amongst lush green paddy fields and it creates a good experience. They have a shisha smoking room as well.
The only drawback is that it's located very far from any major town so it maybe difficult to find and get to unless specifically look for it.
It can be a good option for those coming down from the cable car area to have lunch or dinner on the way back to town or their places of stay.

β β β β β We had dinner for two and it was OK.
They do not accept credit cards and they did not mention it upfront.!! It was almost an issue for me as I was not carrying much of cash.
Staff are very nice and friendly. Soup & salad and Madghoot were very good. Chicken Biryani was not a biryani at all (just plain rice and grilled chicken).

β β β β β The view was lovely, and the mandi chicken was pretty good, BUT staff were highly unorganized, late to take the order, and serve. They served customers who arrived much later than us before even taking our order.
This restaurant has the potential to earn 5 stars but need to focus more on their customer service and organization skills.
