★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share a very bad and unprofessional customer service i have experienced this morning from the Kompleks Mahkamah Sc branch. I had an appointment at 10.45am this morning which i booked on 2/9/202.I cancelled all my others plans and took off day from my job only to attend this appointment, but unfortunately i got a call from the branch while i was on my way to the branch to attend my appointment and i was told that i have to cancel my appointment because the branch only accept Mahakamah staff’s appointments. And the lady who called me was very unprofessional and never even said sorry for the inconvenience which the bank has caused me. Now my question is why didn’t i get informed earlier and why the website allows everyone to book an appointment for the branch but the branch doesn’t accept everyone’s appointment. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and it had caused me a lot of waste of time and trouble. As a customer this is very frustrating that i have to wait another 2weeks to get a new appointment as all the dates are completely booked.
I would like to request the management team and beg them to prevent these kinds of incidents to happen in future so that their customers don’t have to suffer like i did.
