Wanted to open bank acc, the hurdles they put for u to open an acc makes you give up. They will give u one requirement one at a time, make u go few trips to give up Suggest to go to other bank, simpler, their staff dont mind the work & willing to help their own bank to get new customers.

Didn't receive access to online banking, after 3 weeks from application date. Each time we called the branch and relationship manager, they told us it's still being processed. After 3 weeks, I called customer service directly and they said they didn't receive any application from branch. Confronted the branch, and they admitted they haven't submit our application. All the while lying thru their teeth when they told us it was being processed. And don't bother making appointments, they will be late and never return call.

I've made appointment at 1130 via QMS to renew debit card and been standing outside of your branch since then, the line is not moving, do see people come later entering the branch, can I understand how the queueing system works? It's not effective and wasting of time.

The closest RHB branch from my house but will never visit again because the service is just awful. Maybe due to my youthful looks they took me for a fool and were not approachable at all. The first and final time I visited this branch I filled the form wrongly as pointed out by the clerk at the counter when it was finally my turn (after waiting for god knows how long) and when asked what the problem was in order to revise it, he simply would not tell me and instead kept repeating (very loudly for the whole bank to hear) that I did in incorrectly, so I just went home. Just awful. Highly suggest for all employees in this branch to join a customer service workshop, would give 0 stars if I could.

I had the worst experience. The staff here are very slow at work and very unfriendly. I don't understand why they have to wait me for more than two hours to open an account. I will never visit this place again.

There was literally no one but me wanting to open an company account with all my documents filled in before i arrived waited for an hour to β€œget my document checked”. I have other places to go to settle work, and had to leave, i just wasted one hour sitting and waiting without any outcome!

There was a long queue of customers waiting to go into the bank. I had an appointment, and as such, was allowed in without too much wait. The Security Guard, though doing hid job, was not trained in terms of basic courtesy. The long queue to get in was due to SOP restrictions. However, the banking hall was almost empty. The tellers were not serving any customers at all but there was no urgency to attend to the waiting customers outside. Where's the service?

If I can give 0, I would. Ever since they implemented the most ridiculous appointment system via a terrible app called QMS to do any face to face banking - the banking experience is a nightmare. It doesn't matter that you come at the time you made the appointment - RHB Bank is NEVER on time. If you are late, they will tsk and be 'oh, your appointment was earlier' but if you are on time? Wait lah. Wait in the heat outside. They would be better off having an old fashioned appointment system but nooooo they insist on making customers lives difficult with this horrible method instead. The 1 star I suppose can be justified by the fact they ATMs always work and the cash & cheque deposit machines never have issue - while the atm in the Sri Hartamas Shopping mall is now only CIMB (which does not work half the time) & Alliance ATMs. That is the only reason I can say this RHB deserves 1 star.
