★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this atomy tooothpaste and on opening the box I found the bottom end not sealed. This is manufacturing defect so it should be replaced. However your agents say any replacement can only be done 30 days after purchase. This is ridiculous as you sell in batches of 5 boxes and no one opens 5 boxes at the same time. This item has another year before expiry. You should replace it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible, I don't even want to give them a star. Even if they have someone picking up the call, that person Ms Amy was not helpful at all. I think she is happier to lose a customer than retaining one. I called up because I couldn't login in to my account. All she could do is to tell me my membership was expired, full stop. No suggestions on how to reapply etc. The weird thing is I remembered I bought something from them not long ago. No notice regarding the termination of membership either Anyway, it is ok. I'm glad I am not Atomy's member anymore. Lousy service.
